People who are facing a change, challenge or who have reached a plateau in their life would benefit from life coaching. Life coaching empowers people to move forward with their lives by identifying clear goals from which they can then develop an action plan outlining the steps necessary to achieve their full potential. The goal can address aspects of their personal or work life. A variety of coaching tools may be used. You will have opportunity to reflect on your own values, beliefs and signature strengths enabling you to overcome obstacles that have been preventing them from moving forward with your life. You will gain insight, motivation and clarity allowing you to self-manage challenges in the future. Life coaching is a collaborative process where the client is seen as a whole, unique person who is the expert on themselves and knows the “best” person they can be. The coach through powerful questions will support you in discovering what your “best” is.
One to one, hour long sessions are provided either face to face, by telephone or skype calls.
Bespoke Training and Facilitation on Recovery, Mental Health and Well-being
An initial meeting is arranged to identify the aim of the organisation and a bespoke training package is designed to meet their personal goals. Training can be ½ day, full day or over a number of weeks depending on the needs of the organisation.
