My name is Patricia Mohan, I was born and raised in North Antrim and now live in Fermanagh with my husband and four children. I graduated from Queens University Belfast with a BSc Psychology and I am a graduate member of the British Psychology Society.
I obtained a Higher Diploma in Education from University College Dublin and perused a teaching career in America, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. In 2009 my mental health reached crisis point and I took time out from my career to reflect on life and raise my four children. I attended the recovery college and completed various mental health recovery courses.
My lived experience brings integrity to my mental health practise. In 2018 I gained my Advanced Diploma in Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching. I am registered with the EMCC Ireland, Practitioner Level. I take a holistic approach to life coaching. I believe that each individual is unique and whole. You are your own best expert and are capable of designing the future that you want and deserve.
Working collaboratively with my clients I use powerful questions to engage them in identifying their goals and designing action plans to achieve them. I am empathetic, compassionate and dedicated to empowering my clients to achieve their goals.
